My pilot buddy Gary set up a weekend canoe & camping trip at the Buffalo National River in the Ozarks. Word got out & 20+ people showed up for the event. It was a blast. Day one on the river was a bit long, cold & rough because of all the curves & rapids. 7/8 of our canoes flipped at some point. Day two was much better.
Saturday we canoed 15mi from Steel Creek to Erbie. Sunday 7mi from Erbie to Pruit.
The river was beautiful with green trees, waterfalls & 200' bluffs.
If you look close you can find a dude camping on a ledge half way up this bluff.
