San Antonio's 10-day Fiesta celebration kicked off this weekend. We checked out one of the "must-do" events, the Oyster Bake at the Saint Mary's University campus. It was pretty wild and the campus was located in a pretty interesting neighborhood. To sum it up in a few words:
100,000 Oysters. Raw. Baked. Fried. Food. Beer. 70,000 People. Carnival. Side Show. 5 music stages. Everclear. Alter Bridge. And Some of the best dancing I have ever seen.
